Return Policy Monalisa Exports does not offer returns or refunds due to the transparent process where clients choose every detail. An opening video is required for any return request. Customized products are not eligible for returns. The returned item must not be modified, used, or deemed unfit for return by our QC team. To return an order, clients must raise a request via email or phone within 7 calendar days from receipt and ship it back with the attached return label.
