Beautiful Haldi/Tel Bhavan Platters in Suede fabric, adorned with rose flowers, golden embellishments, and pearl tassels. These platters are made on MDF board and come with 4 clay bowls decorated with gold and yellow lace trims and two sticks to apply Haldi. Perfect for a true celebration!

PRODUCTS: Please note that these are handcrafted items so slight variation in color, design and size is possible. Pictures have been taken in natural light however products may appear different physically, depending on your device's resolution and settings.

SIZE:

The platters are 10inches by 10 inches approx and made on MDF board.
The bowls are 4 inches in diameter approx and are made of clay.
The Haldi sticks are 10 inches in length approximately.

Return Policy Monalisa Exports does not offer returns or refunds due to the transparent process where clients choose every detail. Minor changes can be made if clients are dissatisfied with the initial process. No cancellations or modifications are allowed once the order is confirmed. An opening video is required for any return request. Customized products are not eligible for returns. The returned item must not be modified, used, or deemed unfit for return by our QC team. To return an order, clients must raise a request via email or phone within 7 calendar days from receipt and ship it back with the attached return label. Our customer care team is available to assist clients with any questions. As a Refund, we will give you a coupon of the same amount that you can redeem in your next purchase from the website.

Payment Methods Monalisa Exports accepts PayPal for international payments and Razorpay(temporarily unavailable) & UPI for domestic payments.

Shipping Policy We partner with reliable express shipping companies for door delivery to most metropolitan cities within 2-3 days. Delivery to other cities in India may take longer. For international deliveries, we use FEDEX, DHL, Shipmax, and DTDC to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. At Monalisaa Exports, we are delighted to offer free shipping for all orders within India. However, for orders outside of India, shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the items purchased. ALL OUR SHIPPING PRICES GIVEN AS PER SHIPMAX ECONOMY SERVICE(10-11 days), IF ANYONE NEED EXPRESS DELIVERY(4-5 days), THEY CAN CONTACT US ACCORDINGLY.

Kindly note that any cancellation requests received after this designated timeframe will not be accommodated. Please ensure prompt communication regarding your cancellation request to allow us to process it in a timely manner.
