Return Policy Monalisa Exports does not offer returns or refunds due to the transparent process where clients choose every detail. Minor changes can be made if clients are dissatisfied with the initial process. No cancellations or modifications are allowed once the order is confirmed. An opening video is required for any return request. Customized products are not eligible for returns. The returned item must not be modified, used, or deemed unfit for return by our QC team. To return an order, clients must raise a request via email or phone within 7 calendar days from receipt and ship it back with the attached return label. Our customer care team is available to assist clients with any questions. As a Refund, we will give you a coupon of the same amount that you can redeem in your next purchase from the website.
